A policy that protects card account holders against the most common types of financial fraud, allowing for the prompt reimbursement of funds stolen by fraudsters.

What is insured: funds held in a card account with JSC "FUIB".
Who can purchase the insurance policy: a service package holder who is a resident of Ukraine.
Insurance amount: up to 50,000 UAH.
Insurance premium, payment procedure and terms: the insurance product is part of the premium service package and cannot be purchased separately. The insurance premium is included in the cost of the premium package and is paid when the package is issued or when additional services are ordered.
Policy term: 1 year.
What funds in the JSC "FUIB" card account are insured against: – unauthorized cash withdrawals from the card account; – unauthorized payments at merchant and service outlets using lost/stolen cards; – theft of funds due to the use of counterfeit payment cards (skimming); – illegal transactions on the card account using card details obtained fraudulently; – transactions on the Policyholder’s card account carried out under the influence of fraudsters. The agreement's territory
The entire world, except for zones of armed conflict, territories where national security and defense measures are being carried out, including repelling and deterring Russian aggression in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions through the Joint Forces Operation, temporarily occupied territories (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol), or settlements where state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers and those located along the contact line, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Order No. 1085-р dated November 7, 2014, as amended and effective at the time of the insured event.
Limit of agreement liability
The liability limit is determined within the total sum insured under the Contract, but shall not exceed the amount of direct loss suffered by the Policyholder as a result of the insured event. The total amount of insurance payments for one or more insured events occurring during the term of the Contract shall not exceed the sum insured specified in the Contract.
List of information that is material for the assessment of insurance risk and/or other circumstances considered when determining the amount of the insurance premium
For this insurance product, a list of information material for the assessment of insurance risk is currently not available. Since the insurance program is fixed and the sum insured is uniform, the amount of the insurance premium does not depend on the client’s choice of account or other additional factors. All accounts included in the service package are insured under the contract, and this does not affect the determination of the insurance premium amount.

Waiting period for an insured event
During the first 7 (seven) days from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, when insurance coverage is not valid.
How does insurance work after a reissue of a card?
Under the terms of the agreement, the account and all cards issued and reissued to it are insured for a period of 12 months from the date of the insurance agreement.
Can the product be purchased separately, without accompanying and/or additional services?
The insurance product is part of a premium service package. The insurance product cannot be purchased separately. The insurance premium is part of the cost of the premium package and is paid when the package is purchased or when additional services are ordered.

There are no special offers or discounts available.
Actions in case of fraud
The Policyholder (or their authorized representative) is obliged to:
- Immediately, but no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of detection, notify the Bank of the incident in order to promptly block the payment card.
- Immediately, but no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the moment the Policyholder became aware or should have become aware of the occurrence of the insured event, contact law enforcement authorities and file a report on a criminal offense in order to obtain an Extract from the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
- Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment the Policyholder became aware or should have become aware of an event that may be qualified by the Insurer as an insured event, notify the Insurance Agent (JSC “FUIB”) or the Insurer using one of the following methods:
- • by calling the Insurance Agent's hotline: +38 044 290 7 290; +38 096 290 7 290; +38 050 290 7 290; +38 093 290 7 290; or
- • by directly contacting the Insurance Agent (JSC “FUIB”; a list of branches is available at the following link: Nearest branch) or the Insurer and submitting the required documents in accordance with the list specified in the Contract.
