Yes, the balance of funds in the MoneyBox accrues 5% per annum in UAH. Interest is paid automatically to the MoneyBox account daily for the previous day, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

• Is there a tax on the amount of interest accrued on the amount in MoneyBox?

Yes. Interest accrued on the amount in MoneyBox is subject to personal income tax and military tax, in any amount.

• Are savings in MoneyBox covered by the Deposit Guarantee Fund?

Yes, the funds accumulated in MoneyBox are guaranteed by the DGF. FUIB is it's permanent member.

• Where can I find the agreement?

Tap on the open MoneyBox and tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.

• How to fundraise with MoneyBox?

• Can I add a link to the MoneyBox?

Yes, you can add a link to the page with your dream when creating or editing your MoneyBox. Please note that there is a list of banned websites, including websites of russian and belarusian domains, which can't be added. After you add a link, the image, name, and price of the product or service you've added the link to will appear in your MoneyBox. It isn't necessary to add a link.

• Can I change or delete links in MoneyBox?

Yes, you can edit or completely delete a link from your MoneyBox at any time. The system will automatically upload the image from the new link. Also, after saving the link, you can open it in your browser by tapping on it.

AUTO-REPLENISHMENT

• What is Auto-replenishment?

This is a method of automatic transfer of funds from PUMB cards in UAH to the MoneyBox, according to the parameters you choose, such as the amount, frequency, date by which you plan to set up auto-replenishment, etc. You can connect several types of auto-replenishment with different parameters to one MoneyBox. You can enable or disable auto-replenishment at any time.

• How does the Percentage of purchases auto-replenishment work?

Each time you make a payment with your card, the percentage selected in the auto-replenishment settings (from 1 to 10%) is automatically transferred to your MoneyBox. For example, if you choose 10% of the UAH 100 spent, UAH 10 will be transferred. This type of auto-replenishment is available for debit and credit cards.

• How does the Regular payment auto-replenishment work?

Every day you set in the auto-replenishment settings, the amount you specify will be automatically transferred from your card to your MoneyBox. For example, every Monday, UAH 50 will be automatically transferred from your card to your MoneyBox.

• How does the Anti-Squander auto-replenishment work?

You need to select one or more expenses or habits from the list. Specify how much you spend on average on it. The specified amount will be transferred to the MoneyBox for the selected period of time. For example, if you buy coffee for UAH 30 and select “Upbeat without a coffee” weekly/daily, then UAH 30 will be transferred to your MoneyBox every week/day.

• How does the Marathoner auto-replenishment work?

The first amount transferred from the card to the MoneyBox will be automatically increased by the amount and frequency you select in the auto-replenishment settings. For example, by choosing a starting amount of UAH 10 and a weekly increase of UAH 5, UAH 10 will be transferred to the MoneyBox in the first week, UAH 15 in the second, UAH 20 in the third, and so on.

• How does the Happy Helpers auto-replenishment work?

Happy Helpers are virtual assistants in the MoneyBox auto-replenishment settings. You can select one or more virtual assistants who will replenish MoneyBox by transferring a set amount from each card payment for the relevant expense category. For example, if you choose the Calamarket assistant and specify the amount of UAH 10, then Calamarket will transfer UAH 10 to MoneyBox for each card payment in grocery stores and supermarkets.

• Can I set up auto-replenishment via credit card?

Yes. All types of auto-replenishment work with your own funds on your credit card. One of the types of auto-replenishment, Percentage of purchases, can be used even with funds on a credit limit.

• If MoneyBox achieves its goal, will auto-replenishment continue to work?

Yes, after achieving the MoneyBox goal, auto-replenishment continues to work. Funds received via auto-replenishment will be transferred to your account even after you have achieved your goal. If you no longer want to receive auto top-ups, you can always switch them off in the settings.

LIMITS

• What are the limits for replenishment?

The limit for replenishment depends on the method. There are no restrictions for your own cards. But there is a limit for the replenishment from third parties -
UAH 400,000 and 1000 transactions per month. To increase the limit, please contact the bank's support.

• Does the limit of UAH 400,000 per month for MoneyBoxes replenishment from other persons include my other accounts limits?

No, the limit of UAH 400,000 per one calendar month for MoneyBox replenishment from other persons includes only transfers to MoneyBoxes and doesn't include transfers to your other accounts. Example: in one calendar month, one client can receive UAH 400,000 from other persons to vseKARTA and UAH 400,000 to the MoneyBox at the same time.

• How can I increase the limit for transferring funds to MoneyBox?

To increase the limit, please contact the bank's support, visit the nearest branch or leave an application on the website at the link.

WITHDRAWALS AND CLOSURE

• What happens to MoneyBox when the target amount of savings is reached?

The MoneyBox will remain open until you decide to close it, even when the amount is reached. You can continue to accumulate money, including inviting others to fundraise.

• Is it possible to withdraw money from MoneyBox ahead of schedule?

Yes, if necessary, you can withdraw money partially or completely at any time.

• How to withdraw money from MoneyBox?

You can withdraw money partially or completely at any time in the PUMB app by transferring funds to an activated PUMB hryvnia card. If you don't have one, you need to open it. You cannot withdraw money from the MoneyBox at the cash desk of the branch.

• How to close a MoneyBox?

You can close your MoneyBox at any time. Go to the PUMB app to the MoneyBox you want to close and tap on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Close MoneyBox and the card to transfer funds to, then tap the Withdraw button. The money will be transferred to your card within a few minutes.

• What happens to the Moneybox if you don't use it for a long time?

If the balance on your MoneyBox is UAH 1,000 or less for 12 months or more and it doesn't change, then after a year you will be charged a fee for inactivity according to the current tariffs.
