The insurance object is the life and health of the policyholder or a third party (insured person) specified by the policyholder in the insurance contract with their consent, as well as medical and additional expenses directly related to the occurrence of an insured event during the policyholder's or insured person's trip (trip)

A list of information that is essential for the assessment of the insurance risk and/or information about other circumstances taken into account when determining the amount of the insurance premium
For this insurance product, there is currently no list of information considered essential for the assessment of the insurance risk. Since the insurance program is fixed and the sum insured is uniform, the insurance premium does not depend on the duration, purpose, or destination of the trip, or any other additional factors.
Consequences for the consumer in case of failure to fulfill the obligations specified in the insurance contract
Failure to report the insured event in a timely manner and the policyholder’s failure to fulfill obligations specified in the insurance contract may serve as grounds for the insurer to deny the insurance payout. The insurer has the right to refuse the insurance payout if the policyholder fails to take the actions required by the insurance contract in the event of an incident that has the characteristics of an insured event. Incidents that occur during the insurance period for which the insurance premium has not been paid within the time limits specified in the contract are not recognized as insured events.

The agreement's territory
The entire world, except for zones of military conflict; territories where measures are being implemented to ensure national security and defense, to repel and deter the aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions through the Joint Forces Operation; temporarily occupied territories (the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol); or settlements in which public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers and those located along the contact line, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1085-r dated November 7, 2014, as amended and in effect at the time of the insured event.
Liability limit under the agreement
The limit of liability is determined within the total sum insured under the Agreement, but shall not exceed the amount of direct loss incurred by the Insured as a result of the insured event. The total amount of insurance compensation for one or more insured events that occur during the term of the Agreement shall not exceed the sum insured specified in the Agreement.
A list of information that is essential for the assessment of the insurance risk and/or information on other circumstances that are taken into account when determining the amount of the insurance premium
For this insurance product, there is currently no list of information essential for the assessment of insurance risk. Since the insurance program is fixed and the sum insured is uniform, the amount of the insurance premium does not depend on the client's account selection or other additional factors. All accounts included in the service package are covered under the agreement, and this does not affect the determination of the insurance premium.

No franchise applies (0 UAH).
Insured event waiting period
During the first 7 (seven) days from the date of entry into force of the Agreement, when insurance coverage is not valid.
How insurance works after card reissue
Under the terms of the agreement, the account and all cards issued and reissued to it are insured for a period of 12 months from the date of the insurance agreement.
Can the product be purchased separately, without accompanying and/or additional services?
The insurance product is part of the premium service package. The insurance product cannot be purchased separately. The insurance premium is part of the cost of the premium package and is paid when the package is purchased or when additional services are ordered.

Actions in case of fraud
The Policyholder (or an authorized representative) is obliged to:
- – take immediate action and notify the Bank of the incident no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of detection, in order to promptly block the payment card;
- – immediately, but no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the moment the Policyholder became aware or should have become aware of the occurrence of the insured event, contact law enforcement authorities with a statement regarding a criminal offense in order to obtain an Extract from the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations;
- – within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment the Policyholder becomes aware or should have become aware of an event that may be qualified by the Insurer as an insured event, notify the Insurance Agent (JSC "FUIB") or the Insurer using one of the following methods:

- • by contacting the Insurance Agent (JSC "FUIB", the list of branches is available at the following link: Nearest Branch) or the Insurer directly and providing the required documents as specified in the Agreement.
