“FUIB has been and remains my reliable financial partner for many years. On March 1, I came back to Kyiv, and I needed banking operations of a different nature, both in the branch and online banking. My manager Inna Yakymenko provided informational support, and the head of the VIP Klovsky branch, Lyudmyla Loboda, managed to organize work under challenging conditions in the first half of March and attract available workers. In those days, it was not only challenging to get to the branch because of the proximity to the Government quarter, but the constant cannonade reminded us of the possibility of "hit" every minute.
