This year, the jury of the FinAwards 2024 highly appreciated the work of FUIB in the financial market of Ukraine and awarded the bank in 6 nominations this time.
FUIB's Black Platinum card received a bronze medal at FinAwards 2024 in the Best Premium Card nomination. Banking programs for wealthy clients with above-average income, which provide for the issuance of premium cards, individual service and Life Style privileges competed in this category. According to Yevheniia Piven, Head of Sales Management for High Net Worth and VIP Clients, the FinAwards award is a recognition of the high level of service offered by FUIB to VIP clients: "The Black Platinum card from FUIB was voted for not only by the expert jury, but also by clients. This means that the clients are satisfied with our service and products. Among the advantages of the card are the following: UAH 0 service fee when there are transactions of UAH 10,000 per month or UAH 500 per month, up to 20% cashback, insurance policies, Moneybox savings service, priority service at the bank's cash desks, a separate call-center line, etc."
Additionlly this year, FUIB's awards include bronze in the nomination No. 1 Card in the Wallet for the debit card vseKARTA and gold in the category Best Credit Card for the credit card vseMOZHU Online.
In addition, FUIB won in several individual nominations. Serhiy Chernenko, FUIB's Chairman of the Board, was awarded as the Banker of the Year Dmytro Polishchuk, FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Board, was named the best retail business manager of 2023. Ksenia Sikorska took second place in the Best Marketing Manager nomination .
FinAwards was founded by Minfin.com.ua and Finance.ua. The aim of the competition is to recognize the best financial solutions and companies with high quality of service in the financial sector. The selection of candidates for the FinAwards 2024 nominations lasted three months. The participants were evaluated by a special jury consisting of experts, representatives of Minfin.com.ua and Finance.ua, and an open online voting was held on the competition website. Overall, according to the competition, the voting on the website demonstrated record-breaking results, with more than 35,500 Ukrainians casting their votes for banking products.
