To use the service, you need to:
- Visit the lounge on the day of your trip, or
- Book your visit in advance via the Mastercard Travel Experience app
or on the website
At reception, confirm your booking or complete verification with your World Elite Mastercard® or World Mastercard® Black Edition card issued by PUMB.

Service details:
- The lounge is open 24/7.
- Complimentary access is available to holders of World Elite Mastercard® and World Mastercard® Black Edition cards issued by PUMB. Access is granted individually: one entry per cardholder.
- Entry to the lounge is only possible with a valid train ticket.
- Children under 7 years old can stay in the lounge free of charge.
- Standard stay duration is 1 hour 30 minutes. Each additional hour is subject to an extra charge.
- Guests with pets are welcome.
- 1 hour of parking is free of charge.
