Also, another good news: we have reduced the tariff for Persona customers to deliver cards abroad; now, it is only 200 UAH for any shipment.
The estimated average delivery time is 30 days.
Terms of delivery
The courier delivers cards to the address specified by you. Before receiving the order, be sure to check the integrity of the package.
The recipient pays payment of the delivery cost at the time of ordering the card. Also, upon receipt of the card, additional customs charges may arise (approximately 10 euros), which the Bank or Ukrposhta cannot influence.
Please note that if the courier fails to deliver the card, it can be picked up at the post office. The postal operator determines the storage period, which lasts 7-30 days, after which the card will be sent to the Bank.
You can track a parcel with cards on the website of Ukrposhta or the website of the postal operator of the country where you are located.
