Insurance of the whole family for holders of FUIB premium cards from Visa

Holders of Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite premium cards can use travel insurance provided that they:

• have a document on temporary protection or refugee status abroad;
• travel to a country different from the country of temporary residence stay;
• paid for tickets or accommodation with Visa premium cards

Travel insurance can be used by the cardholder, his partner, and 5 children.

The service includes:

• flight delay;
• baggage delay;
• medical expenses (a doctor's consultation, treatment, examination, etc.);
• hospitalization (only hospitalization is covered);
• exemption from obligations in case of damage due to a road accident with a rented car;
• purchase protection.

How can I activate insurance abroad?

1. If you are traveling within the country of temporary residence, you must pre-book accommodation for at least 2 nights at a distance of at least 100 kilometers from home with your Visa premium card.

2. If you are traveling outside the country of temporary residence, you must purchase tickets from the country of permanent residence and back with a Visa premium card, or pay for housing with a premium Visa card, or pay for the tour with one of the Visa premium cards. Payment for tickets/accommodation/tour must be made before the start of the trip.

• A customer can contact the concierge service by providing all the necessary data to fill out.
