The card can be ordered through the Personal manager remotely.
Service cost:
- For Persona customers with a premium package is 400 UAH.
- For Persona customers without a premium package is 600 UAH.
- The estimated delivery time is up to 30 days.
- You will only have to receive the order from the courier.
Delivery terms
A courier delivers cards to the address you specified. Before receiving the order, check the integrity of the package.
The postal operator regulates the cost and delivery time of the cards. Payment of the shipping cost is paid by the recipient when ordering the card.
Please note that if the courier fails to deliver the card, it can be picked up at the post office. The postal operator determines the storage period, which lasts 7-30 days, after which the card will be sent to the Bank.
You can track the parcel with cards on the website of Ukrposhta or on the website of the delivery service of the country in which you are located.
